Role Summary:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify and qualify potential clients within the BPO industry, staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead Generation: Employ various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events, to build a robust pipeline of BPO prospects.
- Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client requirements, preparing compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our BPO services.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle, negotiating and closing deals to ensure alignment with their business objectives and financial parameters.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and delivery, to facilitate seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted initiatives to enhance results.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging BPO technologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in BPO sales or a similar B2B sales role.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets within the BPO industry.
- Thorough understanding of BPO services and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
