Job Description
- Ascendion is looking for Senior Executive - Application Engineering to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Application Engineering team
- The Senior Executive - Application Engineering will play a critical role in providing technical support, delivering customized solutions, and managing customer relationships
- They will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our products and services
- Responsibilities:Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the application and integration of our products and solutions
- Understand customer requirements and collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of customized solutions, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to meet customer needs and resolve technical issues
- Assist in the development and testing of prototypes and customizations based on customer requirements
- Conduct technical trainings for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to our products and solutions
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback, insights, and suggestions for product enhancements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, project details, and technical specifications
