Role & responsibilities -

The Purchase Manager will oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for bridge construction projects. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost efficiency while meeting project quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage procurement processes and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet material requirement.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and procurement systems.
