About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer with a primary focus on front-end development and a keen eye for design. In this role, you will spend 90% of your time developing and implementing interactive user interfaces and 10% contributing to user-centred design processes. Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development

• Develop and optimize responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
• Transform design mock-ups and wireframes into high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Implement dynamic interactions and features to enhance user experience. o Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless performance.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality.
• UI/UX Design o Collaborate with designers to refine and implement user interface designs.
• Participate in creating wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.
• Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest enhancements to improve user experience.

• General

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to deliver a cohesive product.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX development and design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. o Frameworks/Libraries: React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) for collaborating on designs.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Ability to interpret and execute designs with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks for front-end applications.
• Experience in creating animations and interactive UI components using libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion.
