Full job description

  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls or respond to inbound inquiries regarding real estate properties.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the client's specific requirements and preferences to recommend properties that align with their needs.
  • Property Visit: Arrange and conduct property tours by coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients, answer their questions, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Lead Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and visit of site.
  • Documentation: Keeping proper documentation of every legal paper and their photo copies along with the soft copies.
  • Banking Work: Coordinating with bank for sanction and disbursement of loans.
  • Coordinating with Clients: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions. In case of RERA updating, any changes required in RERA need to coordinate with them.
  • Coordinating with Channel Partners: Coordinating with the agents and giving them inventory, updating in regular interval through different modes.
  • Coordination with Lawyers: Follow up with the legal team for query generation, agreement, convince deed etc.
  • Office coordination: Keeping cordial relation with channel partners, lawyers, bank people and marketing team members.
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday will be working. If needed Sunday might have to come. Compensation off will be there for that.



Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Must be fluent in English as well as in Bengali and Hindi.
  • Good coordination power with clients, venders and marketing team of the company.
  • Proven track record as office coordinator, with a minimum of 2/3 years of experience in real estate back office work.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, helping them to choose a property, and close deals.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
  • Willingness to travel for attending industry events, and visit project sites.

₹1.75 Lacs - ₹2.5 Lacs per Annum
