Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead and shape the HR function across multiple locations. This role will drive the implementation of Organizational Development (OD) practices, lead change management initiatives, manage talent pipelines, and develop strategies aligned with business goals. The HR Head will be responsible for talent management, workforce planning, budgeting, and ensuring effective HR operations across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR leadership and a deep understanding of HR best practices.


Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the companys overall business goals and growth trajectory.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational transformation and culture development.
  • Provide thought leadership in strategic HR initiatives to ensure business objectives are met.

2. Organizational Development (OD) Practices:

  • Lead the design and implementation of OD interventions to build a high-performance culture.
  • Implement employee engagement programs that foster talent retention, motivation, and organizational alignment.

3. Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives across various locations, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational change, restructuring, and strategic shifts.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement throughout change processes to mitigate risks and enhance adaptability.
  • Monitor the impact of changes and develop feedback loops for continuous improvement.

4. Talent Management & Development:

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies across locations to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
  • Design departmental & employee KRAs

5. Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Work with finance and leadership teams to forecast HR needs, aligning the budget with staffing requirements and organizational goals.
  • Ensure that HR budgets for recruitment, training, and employee engagement are met.
  • Track and manage compensation and benefits structures in line with budget constraints.

6. Performance Management:

  • Implement robust performance management systems that drive employee development and accountability.
  • Ensure performance reviews are consistent, constructive, and aligned with the companys objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to senior managers to foster a high-performance culture.

7. HR Operations Across Multiple Locations:

  • Manage and coordinate HR operations across different locations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Standardize and streamline HR processes while respecting the nuances of each location’s culture.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR issues across regions, ensuring best practices are implemented consistently.

8. Employee Relations & Wellbeing:

  • Foster positive employee relations, handle employee grievances, and ensure conflict resolution.
  • Promote employee wellbeing programs and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management in addressing any workplace challenges.

9. Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage HR analytics and reporting tools to make informed decisions on talent, performance, and HR strategy.
  • Regularly evaluate HR metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
