Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership to the colleges academic programs, ensuring high-quality education and research activities.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Develop and implement academic policies and programs that align with industry trends and regulatory standards.
Oversee curriculum development and assessment to enhance the educational experience.
Administration:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the college, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Handle student-related matters, including admissions, discipline, and academic counseling.
