Assistant Manager- Service

Major Responsibilities would be:

Good Vocal and written communication skills in English.
Experience 2-3 years in Customer handling and technical support.
Able to handle Field installations of our GPS devices and other field devices.
Able to diagnose fault Route cause and implement corrections.
Knowledge of Vehicle Electronics.
Able to plan and execute effectively for the Service delivery to customers.
Able to handle Customer accounts for after Sales Support and Payment collections.
Experience of handling team of Field technician/executives.
Preference fields: VTS, IT Solutions, CCTV, or any other field having experience of handling any field level electronic equipment s.
Minimum qualifications (Academics): B-Tech in Electronic and Communications or equivalent or Diploma.
