Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems & traffic control equipment s at Toll plaza.
Monitoring & Reporting regarding CCH Fastag system.
Troubleshooting and solving hardware or software faults in coordination with HO Support team.
Online Data updating on web portal like Google Spread Sheet
Troubleshooting and maintenance of TMS equipment s (Toll lane controller, Traffic lights, RFID readers, desktop computers & server, OHCS, UFD, Boom Barriers, AVC)
