Arya Omnitalk - Assistant Sales Manager (3-7 yrs)

Designation: Assistant Manager Sales

Job Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai

Experience : 3 to 7 years

Qualification : PG or masters in marketing , sales or relevant field Diploma/Degree in Electronics /Instrumentation & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) Preferred Experience: Selling Walkie Talkies, Body-Worn Cameras, and PoC Radios.

- Background in CCTV, PA Systems, Automation, and related fields.

- Experience working with End customer like Manufacturing companies, IT companies, IT parks, Ports, Govt. customers, petroleum companies for products like CCTV, EPABX, Boom Barriers, Access control, ID card Printer, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop new customers and expand the customer base.

- Plan and achieve order booking targets.

- Follow up with customers from inquiry to execution, including:

- Conducting site surveys for feasibility assessments.

- Delivering proposal presentations and product demonstrations.

- Overseeing order processing, installation, commissioning, operation, and servicing.

- Ensure timely payment realization in accordance with contract terms.

- Manage and develop the existing customer base.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.

- Expand the customer base and market segment within the assigned region.

- Develop strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and system integrators.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

- Ensure compliance with tender requirements through thorough review and estimation of project work.

- Prepare comprehensive bid documents, technical proposals, and submissions for bids.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure support throughout all project stages.

- Maintain records of price estimates, technical offers, and considerations for handover to project teams.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel as required (up to 20% travel across Tamil Nadu).
