Manager IT Application - SAP PP

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP PP & QM module and possess extensive hands-on experience in supporting SAP PP & QM processes. As a member of our SAP team, Play a key role in implementing, and optimizing SAP PP & QM processes to meet our business requirements. Brief description is as under:

Detailed Job Description
- Requirement gathering from Business teams

- Advise business teams on using SAP PP (or through customizations)

- System configuration, and functional spec preparation, collaboration for technical development, testing, training and go-live preparations.

- Support on the current functionalities and customizations in SAP PP Module.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, FI and CO consultants wherever required.
- Help business team embrace the changes that come with automations / transformations.

Must have:
- Have good education, preferably a degree or diploma in Engineering or Technology; or a degree in Management or Sciences.

- Minimum of 4-8 years experience in PP configuration and development

- Knowledge of variant configuration in SAP

- Domain knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
- Some exposure to SAP MM, CO, SD & QM modules
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering and brain storming sessions with the users

- Should be flexible, proactive, and good in dealing with people and willing to go extra-mile when required.

Preference to those having:
- SAP Certifications

- Experience of SAP SOH

- Functional knowledge of other closely related modules such as MM, CO, SD & QM modules

- Experience in Integration with other manufacturing systems
