Arva Health - Project Manager (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

The Role You'll work directly with our founding team on high-priority projects, bridging the gap between product vision and engineering execution.

What You'll Do :

- Oversee and manage the execution of multiple related projects within a program.

- Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

- Lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and communication across departments.

- Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact program success.

- Report on program status, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are :

- 1-3 years experience in program/product-related roles

- Prior 01 startup experience (bonus, if it's in health & wellness) Thrives (and borderline enjoy! in early-stage startup ambiguity

- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks, and get things done !!

- Problem-solver with a "no task too small" attitude

- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Data-driven decision-maker Familiar with product management and analytics tools

- Aspires to become a future founder or product lead
