QA QC Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Co-ordinate RMC plant with in time as per site requirements.
• Maintain concrete grade M10 to M80 Normal, SCC and SDC with conducting thoroughly practical trial mix at in-house batching plant, external RMC and NABL approved 3rd party lab.
• Ensure all materials received are tested and procedures are followed properly as per IS code.
• Follow up & maintain all require calibration reports and test reports.
• Maintain concrete schedule daily wise, weekly wise and monthly wise with prepare a report of comparison production and pouring quantity.
• Prepare of daily basis report and Monthly basis Quality Audit Report with maintains quality related documents.
• Maintain reconciliation report monthly basis for all consumable materials with approved.
• Study of Shuttering Scheme and Bar-bending Schedule to ensure Structural work carried out as per Quality standards.
• Quality control over the day today running activities like Block work,

Plastering work, tile work, putty work, painting work, finishing work, etc. coordination with site technical staff.

• Prepare waterproofing work, checklist & checking co-ordinate to pmc and client.
• Prepare all methodology and checklist as per site requirements & approve with PMC and Client.
• Study approved GFC drawing (Structural and Architectural) and co-ordinate with consultant, client, PMC and site team.
• Maintain rectification of snag list, observation, IR file, ppt, as per our pmc, client and consultant requirement.
• Conduct weekly quality training for contractors, staffs.
• Manage/solve client NCR issue, submit supporting Quality document for client bill process.
