QC/QA Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QC/QA policies, procedures, and systems to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
• Independently handling of quality control of Finish products,
• Raw material, packing materials
• Should be conversant with documentation of ISO & FDA
• Should have hands on experience in handling AAS, Parcle Size Analyzer etc
• Oversee testing procedures for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
• Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure the companys quality systems are always aligned with current requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance in Copper Fungicide or Copper Chemical background
• Qualification: B. Sc/ M.Sc
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
