GENERAL MANAGER RETAIL AND E COMMERCE

CANDIDATES FROM FMCG / FMCD / GROCESORY/ FRESH CATEGORY SECTORS ONLY)

REPORTS TO MANAGING DIRECTOR / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

1. Ensure Overall Retail and E Commerce Operations and warehouse operations ensuring execution of business plans.

2. Ensure efficient warehouse management systems are in place to support retail outlets.

3. Implementation of E-commerce platforms and driving sales growth

4. Vendor Sourcing, Negotiations and drive Effective Merchandising Strategies.

5. Managing entire Retail Store Operation and ensuring sales growth month on month.

6. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

7. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform retail planning decisions.

8. Strong understanding of retail analysis, merchandising, and inventory management principles.

9. Proven track record in managing multiple retail outlets or e-commerce platforms simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Age below 45

2. Willing to relocated to Nellore, Andhra Pradesh with family

3. Willingness for Business Travelling as and when required

4.10-15 years of experience in Retail & E Commerce Operations or related field

4. Telugu Speaking is desirable

5. Computer Savy

6. People Management Skills

7. Training the staff on various aspects of Retail and E Commerce

Salary and Perquisites

Based on current package and not a limiting factor for the right candidate
