Sales Specialist

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical and analytical solutions that meet their needs.
  
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Tsaaro\u2019s services to prospective clients.
  
• Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, financial models, and technical specifications.
  
• Conduct financial and economic assessments to identify gaps in clients current practices and provide data-driven recommendations.
  
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with a focus on financial and technical accuracy.
  
• Maintain a deep understanding of Tsaaro\u2019s services, and industry trends, particularly in fin tech and analytics.
  
• Work closely with the consulting and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of projects from pre-sales to delivery.
  
• Provide feedback to the consulting team on client requirements and potential improvements.
  
• Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data privacy, security, finance, and fin tech.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales or pre-sales.
  
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex financial and analytical solutions.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven experience in creating detailed proposals and financial models.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , HubSpot and CRM software.
