Responsibilities :

- Drive the product design strategy in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

- Responsible for the look and feel of various products & brand engagements

- Engage with cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, wireframing, UI design, implementation, user testing and validation through data collection.

- Set up and lead user forms, map and design user groups and states, research, workshops, strategy and vision development, concept design, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.

- Create & communicate original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings & lead the design process by creating sketches, wireframes, navigation flow charts, storyboards, mock-ups and/or interactive high-fidelity prototypes for web as well as mobile applications.

- Compose and grow new product concepts alongside product and engineering team members in order to create beneficial, robust, and high-performing interactions.

- Participate in Agile development process planning, strategy and tactics for UX project for delivery on time to have a high impact-to-effort ratio.

- Promote and evangelize best design practices and qualitative and quantitative assessment methodologies to produce consistent, effective & exceptional user experiences.

- Make informed and critical decisions in shaping our design and product prioritization.

- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

- Ability to work independently and with limited instructions

- Experience in user flows, process flows and site maps

- Proficiency in Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements :

- A B2C product designer with 4 - 6 Years of embracing information architecture, multi-step flows, motion, and holistic experiences.

- Consistently delivers polished layouts through typography, color, and visual hierarchy

- Are especially skilled at making micro animations that burst with delight

- Create beautifully crafted transitions that breath life into content

- Understanding of how to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner

- Uses prototypes as a foundational piece of your design process both to identify appropriate solutions and influence stakeholders

- Solves user problems in creative ways that go beyond obvious, expected solutions

- Demonstrates empathy and openness when interacting with teammates and other co-workers

- Presents designs clearly and confidently to facilitate useful feedback while shifting approach based on the audience and desired outcome

- Takes initiative and accountability for timelines, deliverables and outcomes

- Contributes to the design community both inside your company and beyond

- Desires and takes action to grow professional skills
