bachelors Degree required in Business Administration, HR or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible and related experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent development
Skills/Abilities:
10 to 15 years of experience alongwith min 5 years of experience in SAP WM. Min 2-3 end to end implementations in eWM/WM ( atleast 1 in SAP S/4 HANA)
Min 1 project hands on experience in HANA Migration
Should have Min 3 years of domain experience in Materials Management, Purchasing/Inventory management/Sourcing.
Strong Hands-on experience in implementation and Support experience in SAP eWM ((Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehousing Processes) and SAP functionalities (architecture) month end closing in ECC6.0 anXd S/4HANA versions especially in Migration Projects is a must ( Should be able to articualte clearly the functionalty difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA).
