Position Title : Calling Partner (Kannada+English)

Experience : Fresher - 6 Months

Budget : 20k + Incentives

Location : Chennai

Work Mode : WFO

Skills : Voice Process/ Tele Calling, Kannada, English

Education : Any Degree

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and call targets in a consistent manner.

- Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding loan products (personal, business, or gold loans).

- Effectively manage customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet customer needs and business objectives.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 1+ years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or call centre operations (preferred in personal, business, or gold loans).

- Strong communication skills in both English and Kannada (written and spoken).

- Target-driven and able to work under pressure to meet set targets.

- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- A quick learner with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
