Job Title : Machine Learning Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Deploy, maintain, and refine machine learning models to ensure fast, reliable, and trustworthy predictions.

- Develop and manage pipelines and inference services for real-time and batch processing use cases.

- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, Developers, and Operations Research Scientists to align predictive solutions with business goals.

- Define and implement best practices for machine learning engineering, including peer reviews and knowledge sharing.

- Communicate insights effectively through verbal and visual methods to peers and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and experience with containerization and orchestration (preferably Kubernetes).

- Strong knowledge of software development and DevOps/MLOps best practices, with experience in production environments.

- Basic understanding of Machine Learning, with the ability to support model deployment.

- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience in Go and Data Engineering (Kafka) is a plus.

- Ability to generate and validate ideas with PoCs and build them into functional components.

- Collaborative mindset, working closely with engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners.

- Strong critical analysis of architectural approaches and underlying assumptions.

- Self-motivated with a passion for learning new skills and driving projects to completion.

- Preference for simple, effective solutions in technical execution.

- Expertise in agile methodologies and strong collaborative skills.

- Clear communication of technical concepts to technical stakeholders.
