Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
Technical & Behavioral Competency:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute audit engagements with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters
Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures
Supervise junior team members assigned to your engagements
Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients
Identify opportunities to improve client service delivery
Participate in the development of audit proposals and presentations
