Key Responsibilities

Program Design Implementation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Identify local partnership opportunities to co-create programs aligned with the organizational vision.

Field Operations Management

  • Oversee on-ground program execution to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address operational challenges in field locations and ensure smooth program delivery.

Community Development

  • Engage with local communities to understand their needs and co-create sustainable solutions.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders such as local governments, NGOs, and community leaders.

Skill Development Initiatives

  • Design and implement skill development programs that enhance employability and livelihoods.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Collect, analyze, and report program data to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Prepare detailed program reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Represent the organization in forums, conferences, and meetings to share insights and best practices.

Compliance Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all programs adhere to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of program quality and ethical conduct.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in field locations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
