Advanced UI Design and Interaction Design - Senior UI/UX Designers should have an advanced understanding of visual design and interaction principles. They create polished, high-fidelity designs and interactions that enhance user experience, and work with tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop and Adobe XD to create complex user interfaces. User Research and Analysis - At the senior level, designers should be skilled in conducting comprehensive user research (user interviews, surveys, persona development, etc.) to inform design decisions. They analyze user behaviors and feedback to continuously refine and improve designs, ensuring they meet user needs. Usability Testing and Feedback Iteration - Senior designers should be able to independently plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyzing results, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. They use tools like UsabilityHub, Optimal Workshop, and Lookback to conduct tests and gather insights. Prototyping and Interactive Design - Senior designers should be skilled in creating interactive prototypes that simulate the user experience, using tools like InVision, Marvel, & Figma. They build prototypes that demonstrate the flow and interactions of an interface to stakeholders or users. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management - Senior UI/UX Designers work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that designs meet both user needs and business goals. They are also involved in presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders. Minimum Required Degree - Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Preferred Degree - Masters Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred. You will work alongside full-stack developers, scrum master, and product owners to continually enhance and improve the customer s digital experience. Role will report to VP of Digital Products.
