Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer GCP

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune (Hybrid: 3 days WFO + 2 days WFH)

Job Overview:
ArcHire Global is seeking talented Senior AI/ML Engineers on behalf of our client, an industry-leading AI company, to design and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. . This role focuses on building advanced AI models, deploying them using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and ensuring seamless integration of ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines on GCP.
• Build and optimize production-grade AI models using Vertex AI.
• Develop RESTful APIs to serve ML models.
• Implement vector search capabilities using BigQuery ML.
• Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Optimize model inference and serving performance.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Expertise in GCP AI services such as Vertex AI and Cloud ML Engine.
• Knowledge of vector search tools like BigQuery ML and Matching Engine.
• Experience in API development using FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiarity with Docker, GKE, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Google Cloud Certification is mandatory.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to GenAI, NLP, and ML Ops.
• Experience with Gemini AI.

Additional Information:

• Budget: Up to 40 LPA (for candidates with 6+ years of experience).
• Notice Period: Up to 30 days. Profiles with notice periods exceeding this will not be considered.
• Interview Process: 3 rounds of technical interviews (conducted online).
