Job Description

- Quality Assurance: Review and approve all design work, ensuring it meets the agencys high standards and client expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and feedback, translating their vision into effective visual solutions.
- Team Development: Mentor and train graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Provide constructive feedback and encourage professional growth.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our creative work fresh and relevant.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various digital channels.
RequirementsExperience:
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of static and video design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
