Functional & Technical Support Specialist - Oracle EPM Module

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle SaaS EPM Modules Functional and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation and support of our Oracle SaaS Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) environment, covering a variety of critical functions and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Resolution and Closure of P2, P3, P4 Service Requests : Efficiently manage, resolve, and close P2, P3, and P4 service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to EPM operations.

2. Regular Finance Processing : Oversee and support daily finance processing activities within the EPM modules to maintain smooth and accurate financial operations.

3. Support for Existing SaaS Integrations : Provide technical and functional support for all existing SaaS integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

4. Report Support : Maintain and support all delivered and customized reports within the EPM modules, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide accurate information.

5. Workflow Support : Manage and support all existing workflows within the EPM modules, ensuring efficient process automation and issue resolution.

6. Issue Resolution and Knowledge Transfer : Close issues promptly and provide comprehensive knowledge transfer to stakeholders for the issues resolved.

7. Close Cycles Support : Provide robust support for financial close cycles, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all close-related activities.

8. Security Access Support :

- Address and resolve security access issues within the EPM modules, ensuring users have appropriate access while maintaining system security.

9. Vacation Balance Issues Support : Resolve vacation balance issues to ensure accurate and up-to-date leave records for all employees.

10. Oracle SR Management : Raise and track service requests (SRs) with Oracle for product issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

11. Technical Support for Reports, Extracts, and Interfaces : Provide technical support for existing reports, data extracts, and interfaces within the EPM modules, ensuring their optimal performance and accuracy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in supporting Oracle SaaS EPM Modules.

- Strong understanding of enterprise performance management processes and workflows.

- Proficiency in managing service requests and issue resolution.

- Experience with SaaS integrations, security access, and close cycle processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and knowledge transfer abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle certifications or relevant professional qualifications.

- Experience with Oracle SR management and technical support for reports and interfaces.
