Manager Production - only from flexible Packaging industry

Role & responsibilities

Handling manpower, machinery, materials, and entire operation of packaging unit in 24X7 environments.

Develop short and long-term plans for production growth, efficiency with top class quality.

Target oriented day to day monitoring of Production planning for all machines like printing, slitting, coating, embossing etc. Estimation of materials to do the job.

Ensuring machine health and facility upkeep with team.

To plan training to the existing & new crew for new machine/technology.

Planning and implementing quality improvement techniques in production.

Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in cost of production balancing the quality. Day to day wastage analysis with action plan to achieve targets.

Must be well versed with ERP system, Microsoft Office and email to generate reports and leading the team.

A strong communicator & team leader combined with flexible &detail-oriented attitude with ability to interact effectively with people.

Possessing excellent Self-initiative communication, relationship, man management Skills, Interpersonal and strong Execution Skills.

Heading the Entire Operation of Production lines. Responsibility included Production management, technical services and customer interphase, HR and IR management, continual improvement programs, systems and standards.

To establish and implement budgets, prepare reports on senior management, and ensure that the department complies with company policies. Managers also ensure that employees have the resources to complete their work.

Should have experience in Printing, Lamination and Slitting process.

Candidate must have experience 8 + years of Experience in packaging Industry.

To have Problem Solving and Analytical skills.

BTech/B.E. in Any Specialization
