Sr. Manager/ AGM - Sales & Mktg ( Pharmaceutical industry B2B Only)

Role & responsibilities :

• Understand the pulse of customers and accordingly development & implementation of Annual Marketing Plan & execution Monitoring
• Responsible for Maintaining & Reviewing Marketing Data
• Identification of New product accordance to market requirements
• Work with leadership team to establish strategy and tactical business development plans
• Identify the potential clients, Provide research on decision making
• Advocate and encourage positive clients relationship through active developments of clients educations and retention events
• Using knowledge of market and competitor and help to identify the organisations unique selling propositions and differentiators that support our world class brand.
• Analysing the internal & external data to access the competition
• Conceptualisation of Marketing campaign and implement.
• Prepare and implement innovative ideas on social media page for promote new and existing projects
• Preparing of promotional material for digital marketing
• Preparing and finalizing artwork for products
• Export strategy planning, co-ordinate with sales team
• Organizing online / offline events to increase engagement
• Coordination with FDCA for product permissions and other legal documents
• Other product related compliance work
• Coordinate with suppliers and supplies
• Development of new products , packing and promotion
• Working upon Brand Building through Brand plans
• Field work to understand the market & evaluate developed strategies in process
• Developing & finalizing innovative brand campaigns/ strategies/ activities
• Coordinate with other team members for project completion

Preferred candidate profile Sales & Marketing for its domestic and international business divisions (semi-regulated markets) and experience is Nutraceutical is preferred, 10-20 years of experience & having educational background in Pharmacy (B. Pharm / M. pharma with marketing Specialisation.)
