Job Description

Role:
As a Team Leader for International B2B Sales, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in international markets. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop team members' skills.
Set clear performance expectations and monitor team performance.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Digital Marketing:
Leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to generate leads and drive sales.
Utilize social media, email marketing, and content marketing to engage with potential customers.
Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns to measure ROI.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Sales Performance:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Celebrate successes and recognize top performers.
International Market Expertise:
Understand international business practices, cultural nuances, and trade regulations.
Build relationships with international partners and distributors.
Navigate complex international sales processes.
