Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process. To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions. To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls. To collate, analyse and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team. Good in Analytics and strategies. To ensure that the Call Centre KPIs are met.
