Job Title: Tele Sales Agent (Ed-Tech)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 6 months plus (Ed-Tech Sales Preferred)
Salary: 15-17K + Incentives
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Agent to join our dynamic Ed-Tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering them the best educational solutions. If you have a passion for sales and the education sector, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain and sell educational products/services.
- Counsel students on available courses, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.
- Handle queries and objections professionally to maximize enrollments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months - 3 years in telesales, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry.
- Education: Any graduate or equivalent.
Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets.
- Good understanding of online learning platforms and courses.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
