Job Description
As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the lubricant additive polymer industry.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for additive polymers in lubricant Industry.
* Conduct market research to understand trends and client demands.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the lubricant industry.
* Act as the primary point of contact for technical and sales-related inquiries and technical guidance to clients.
* Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions aligned with client requirements.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
* Provide feedback to improve product offerings and services.
* Prepare and maintain records of sales, forecasts, and client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
* Experience: 3–5 years in sales/technical roles within the lubricant additive or polymer industry.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of additive polymers and their applications in lubricants.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Negotiation & Relationship-Building: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and maintain long-term relationships.
* Proactive Approach: Ability to identify opportunities and act on them independently.Role & responsibilities
