Vacancy For The Position OF MEL Executive

Role & responsibilities :

MEL Executive is responsible for achieving business target and ensuring repayment of his portfolio. To fulfil the responsibilities, the MEL Executive conducts bazaar/area survey, new customer acquisition, physical verification of client and household, disbursement of loan, repayment and overdue collection, MIS entry in MIS, proper documentation.

Besides the MEL Executive assists Branch Head in branch administration and daily branch related banking transaction. Other key responsibilities include building strong client relationship and maintaining relationship with local key person such as representative of bazaar samity, municipality gram panchayat, other opinion leaders.

While performing the above responsibilities, the MEL Executive must follow Arohans core values, code of ethics and other institutional policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate Fresher or Experience in MFI/Finance/Banking/NBFC
