2. Job Summary:

• Handling of Legal Cases, Filing of FIR/GD
• Preparation of legal MIS
• Drafting of Legal Agreements, Documents etc., and other legal activities in terms of Litigation and Non-Litigation.

3. Job Profile:

Legal Cases & Legal issues

• Handling legal cases, regularly attending court cases , Arbitrations and cases at the various quasi- judicial bodies , Managing Legal counsels, recommendation of lawyer payment, helping the operation people to file General Dairy and First Information Report with Police, supporting the lawyer in timely submission of court cases etc.
• Helping the operation peoples to handle issues related to criminal and civil as required.
• Filing of various recovery related cases such as Section 138, Arbitration, Money suit
  and IBC.
• Lok Adalat and filing of FIRs will be one of the specific responsibilities.

Drafting & Vetting of Documents

• Drafting of various Agreements, Petition, Affidavit, Notices as per the requirement,
• Reply to demand notice, reply to customer legal notice,
• Vetting of various documents as per the requirement of the Company.

Legal MIS

• Preparation of legal MIS, analyzing the cases and reporting to the Seniors.
• Maintaining MIS on Software.

Legal Opinion

• Legal opinion to various departments as an when required.
  Advising on impact and consequences of new laws and regulations affecting the Company's
  businesses.
  

Managing the Legal counsels

• Managing the Advocates relating to legal cases.
• Advising the lawyers and company, as and when required.
• Prioritizing and judging what matter should be handled internally or by outside counsels and
managing the external counsels effectively

Miscellaneous

• Other works as may be assigned from time to time.

5. Experience & Qualification

• LL.B. Degree from a recognized university in India ; 4-6 years of Post Qualification Experience;
• Strong Drafting and Documentation Skills;
• Experience in Litigation in financial institutions;
• Strong verbal and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and cross-cultural skills.
• Flawless language and drafting skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels;
• Solid business acumen and willingness to work in a structured working environment and ability
to interact comfortably with business and management persons;
• Legal thinking and capable of arriving at practical legal solutions.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Active listener and Technology driven / technologically savvy.
