Key Responsibilities:
● Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
● Reservation Management: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications through the Property Management System (PMS).
● Customer Interaction: Address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.
● Payment Handling: Process payments and transactions accurately, including handling credit card payments, invoicing, etc.
● Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth operation.
● Security: Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality by ensuring proper verification and security protocols during check-ins.
● Concierge Services: Provide guests with information about local attractions, transportation services, and dining options, and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
● Complaint Resolution: Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all guest transactions, room statuses, and hotel inventory.
● Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports and updates as required by the management on a timely basis and promptly.
● Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, fire regulations, and other policies.
