Job Description
The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for prospecting, initiating, and nurturing relationships with potential clients via outbound cold calls and emails. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of new business by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. The CRE will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company. Requirements
  • 0 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client relationship management, with a focus on cold calls and cold emails.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized outreach messages.
  • Experience using CRM software and email marketing tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and conversion goals.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a persistent attitude and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with lead qualification processes and ability to navigate objections during initial outreach.
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on feedback, data analysis, and evolving best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and send cold emails to potential leads to generate new business.
  • Craft and personalize cold calling scripts and email templates to engage prospects effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and interest, scheduling follow-up calls or meetings as necessary.
  • Develop and execute cold email campaigns, optimizing subject lines, messaging, and calls to action.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging to improve conversion rates and results.
