Eligibility Criteria
Any bachelor s degree/bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master s degree preferred).

Proven experience in partnership and seller relationship management in the e-commerce industry is a must.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent written verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Should have an excellent understanding of the marketplace seller onboarding process product listings.
Ability to commute.
Roles and Responsibilities
Seller/Supplier Onboarding: Marketplace onboarding and product listing support to registered manufacturers, suppliers, and sellers.
Partner Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth. Identify new partnership opportunities that align with the company s goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our valuable clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the required support/assistance. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to existing clients. Resolve client concerns and issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse data related to partner and client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to management on partnership and client performance. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and optimize relationship management strategies.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential partners and clients.
