Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales efforts. This role will involve assisting the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, and providing market insights to the product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Support Sales Activities: Assist the Sales Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for custom virtual showroom services and SaaS solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and assisting in delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and communicate client feedback to the product team, contributing to product improvement and innovation.
  • Sales Process: Support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or custom services. Experience in e-commerce or virtual/3D technology is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess market data and sales metrics.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
