We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and securing sales or leads. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and contributing to the company s growth.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer information, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer outreach strategies.
Provide feedback to the team regarding customer responses and product-related issues.
Requirements:
Required Female
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
English should be fluent.
