Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing Enterprise AI Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, tool-building, and integrating databases. You should be comfortable working across the stack, handling real-time communication, and optimizing AI-driven applications for scalability and performance.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Enterprise AI Applications.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for AI-driven solutions.

- Build and optimize AI Agents for automation and intelligent decision-making.

- Develop full-stack applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js/Python for the backend.

- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Implement and manage WebSockets for real-time communication.

- Design and develop microservices and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Deploy and manage cloud-based applications on AWS.

- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of AI-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers.

- Stay updated with emerging AI, cloud, and web technologies.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, with expertise in AI product development.

- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), HTML, and CSS.

- Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and building AI Agents.

- Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.).

- Experience working with WebSockets for real-time interactions.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

- Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native development.

- Experience with AI/ML model integration into full-stack applications.

- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based deployment strategies.

- Experience working with different data formats (Audio, Bytes, etc.).

- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
