Job Description
Ability to understand control philosophy and write functional requirement specifications based on functionality including description of control loops, interlocks, and alarms.
Production of detailed electrical schematics and panel layout drawings with bill of material.
FAT - Panel Logic check-out in the shop before shipment. Key Requirements Understanding of automation process in Food/Pharma/FMCG/Chemical industry.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and various PLC programming languages (Siemens/AB).
Documented experience writing PLC logic, HMI programming and Communication Protocol (Modbus, RS485, Profinet, HART).
Electrical design one-line diagrams, Power cable sizing, cable schedules power distribution systems, low voltage system layout, conduit fill, medium High voltage distribution design.
Experience in Electrical equipment sizing and selection, Complex engineering calculations such as load flow, short circuit, and reactive capability analysis (ETAP or SKM), Arc flash analysis (ETAP or SKM) and grounding analysis.
