Key skills for the job
- We are looking for Corporate division manager who will manage 3 corporate divisions (Finance, commercial & Legal, HR GA).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for costing, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.
- You will collaborate with 3 divisions as well as the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
- The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
- Strong leadership is required.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending. (scheduling, performing account reconciliation all departments, preparing documents, etc. ), budget progress review, and reporting to Director.
- Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit.
- Annual cash flow projections, management of long-term outstanding receivables and payables.
- Monthly cash flow meeting support (reporting to management in Japan, working capital, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable).
- Implementation of a variable profit and loss statement.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.
- Costing, taxation.
- Manage Legal, HR&GA, IT, Commercial team.
Qualifications:
- Strong finance-based analytical skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- 15+ years' of finance experience.
- Working experience with 400+ employees.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field; CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
- Experience with accounting software, like SAP.
