Pre Primary Teacher

Qualification: B.Ed. (Essential), NTT/Montessori Training (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management:
• Plan and execute interactive and engaging lessons for pre-primary students.
• Maintain a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to learning and development.
• Curriculum Implementation:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching strategies in alignment with the Montessori/NTT framework.
• Ensure adherence to the academic plan while promoting creativity and experiential learning.
• Student Development:
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in children.
• Conduct regular assessments and observations to track student progress.
• Parental Interaction:
• Communicate with parents regarding the progress and development of their children.
• Address parent concerns and provide guidance for at-home support.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
• Participate in workshops, training programs, and school events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
• Certification in NTT or Montessori training is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and early childhood education practices.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young children.
