Support Sales and Application Engineers: Assist in the day-to-day activities of Sales and Application Engineers, including customer interactions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Customer Engagement: Help identify and engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide them with relevant information about our products and services.
Technical Assistance: Work closely with the Application Engineer to provide technical support to customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Documentation: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Ensure all documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitors, and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance both technical and sales skills, preparing you for a future role as a Sales or Application Engineer.
Field Support: Accompany senior engineers on client visits to provide on-site technical support and gain practical experience in the field.
Qualifications:
Experience: Fresher / Experience up to 2 years
Education: BTech/Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field). Candidates with an MBA in Sales or Marketing will be given higher priority.
Sales Acumen: Strong interest in sales with a natural ability to communicate and persuade.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of engineering principles with a willingness to learn about new technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Customer-Oriented: A keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong relationships.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues in achieving common goals.
Adaptability: Willingness to travel and adapt to various customer needs and market dynamics.
