We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA &QC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in areas of residential, commercial, PEB and test cell construction ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards. The QC Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our projects by implementing rigorous quality control procedures and conducting thorough inspections throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding quality-related matters, ensuring their requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure that all construction activities conform to the companies standards and project specifications.

Inspection and Testing : Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and construction activities, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

Documentation : Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any quality-related issues. Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation as required.

Coordination with Project Team : Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality control measures are integrated into the project workflow.

Non-Conformance Management : Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and verified.

Material Review : Oversee the review and approval process for materials and products used in construction to ensure they meet specified quality standards.

Compliance : Ensure that all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as project-specific guidelines.

Continuous Improvement : Recommend and implement improvements to the quality control processes based on project learnings and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Experience in areas of test cell construction, residential, commercial projects and PEB including specialized knowledge of the specific quality requirements for such environments.

* Knowledge of modern construction technologies and methodologies will be useful.

Experience :

* 6+ years of experience in quality control within the construction industry, with a focus on test cell construction projects, Concrete walls, PEB buildings, structural steel works and building finishes will be suitable.

* Proven track record in managing quality control processes for complex construction projects.

Technical Skills :

* Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.

* Proficient in using quality management software and tools.

* Familiarity with relevant construction codes and standards.
