Quality Sr. Engineer QMS

• Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any accreditations like IATF 16949:2016
• Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
• Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
• Responsible to lead Customer audits & ensuring to take the action on NC report.
• Monitor Quality Objectives (KPI), Data Analysis & reporting to Top Management regarding QMS performance.
• Conduct system and process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience: Min.5 years
Education: min. Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive
