Assistant Manager Dispatch

Role & responsibilities

• To manage daily transportation for dispatches also preparing invoice if necessary .
• Dispatches to customers with the daily sale plan & ensure to deliver the material in time.
• Creating & implements logistics strategic & checking of various documents for their
  correctness. Or achieve the target given by management.
• TO be check vehicle and adhering to both company and statutory requirements.
• Overseeing and coordinating with sales team for the daily sales dispatches
• Freight bill passing/checking through PR,PO & service entries (SAP)
• Time management skills
• Good communication skills
