Role: Senior/Lead CRM Dynamics Functional Consultant

Experience: 8-15 Years

Location: Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and undertake documentation of business requirements for new initiatives to existing platforms and services and/or new capabilities required.
• Translate high level business requirements and translate into low level technical/ system requirements (dev ready).
• Support the planning and prioritisation cadence inline with the agile ways of working and Continuous Delivery model.
• Understanding of current state business and technology landscape and assist with the design of a future state acting as ecosystem SME for other team members and new starters.
• Understand and where required, redesign data requirements and solution in conjunction with platform architects to uplift/ improve capability and serviceability to the business in line with strategic direction.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to support requirements elicitation, issue identification, solution design, decision making.
• Elicits initiative requirements using various methods, including but not limited to interviews, document reviews, requirements workshops, surveys, researching and resolving issues
• Identify and define the information, business and process requirements for specified initiatives both independently and under direction of project / initiative managers
• Applies analytical skill and conceptual thinking to requirements definition and high level planning across a range of projects / initiatives.
• Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high level information into details and distinguishes user requests from underlying true needs

Planning and Reporting

• Work closely with the Senior Manager, CRM & Marketing Technology, Delivery Lead and peer BAs regarding prioritisation, effort, risk and cost of implementation as part of Continuous Delivery cadence.
• Supports the Senior manager, CRM & Marketing Technology in various portfolio reporting activities as required.
• Prioritises and provides governance to other BA resources within team.
• Provides direction and support to vendor/ partner resources in conjunction with vendor Scrum Master.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund
• Work closely with delivery partners to implement assigned initiatives including providing assistance in test planning and execution as required.
• Support successful delivery of defined project & BAU outcomes.
• Ability to monitor and work with PMs on any inter-dependencies, risks and impacts
• Ensures communication and stakeholder engagement is adapted and suited to differing audiences and varying levels of technical comprehension
• Collaborate with peer functions to ensure that:
• Testing of any new initiatives is leading practice
• New Business Process & Service Solutions are fit for purpose
• Business Process Architecture supporting new capabilities are suitable & remain optimal

Key qualifications (if required):

Essential:

• Has a degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years in a Business Analyst role
• Highly experienced in configuring Dynamics365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights) and writing low level technical/ system requirements
• Experience in implementing/ integrating Power Platform components
