Skills Required:

• 5+ Years pf experience in Product Technical writing
• Minimum 3+ Years of Hands-on experience in Madcap Flare tool
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of Agile process.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Ability to juggle and hit deadlines on multiple assignments, prioritize work, and keep stakeholders updated on statuses.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
• Technically proficient enough to dig into the product and not only understand how it works, but how to use it yourself.
• Passionate about learning new things.
• Basic understanding of HTML.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Write clear, accurate, and timely product documentation that helps users understand, navigate, and use complex software.
• Develop and help implement in-product help that considers users needs and challenges and helps them maximize use of the product.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather information and then transform it into useful documentation for end users.
• Facilitate subject matter expert reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Write clear, accurate, and timely product documentation that helps users understand, navigate, and use complex software.
