Job Description
- Design, Implement, and Monitor and Manage Security solutions of ArisGlobal.
- Ensure compliance with Security standards and Industry best practices.
- Conduct regular Security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in the system and device a plan for the mitigation.
- Ensuring that the organizations data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR Compliance and Standards.
Incident Response:
- Develop and maintain Incident response plans and procedures.
- Lead and coordinate Incident response efforts for security related events.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Collaboration and Training :
- Work closely with different stakeholder such as DevOps, local IT, and development teams to integrate security solutions into all stages of SDLC.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on cloud security best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies and Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of ArisGlobal cloud.
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
Experience:
- Total 8 to 10 years of experience in IT with minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud security (AWS is preferred).
- Proven experience in incident response, including developing and executing response plans.
- In-depth knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and its implementation in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Rapid7,etc.,)
Certifications:( Preferred):
- AWS Certified
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
